What does this plugin do?
B2B ICP and Customer Insight is a free Claude plugin with ICP and customer insight skills for B2B teams, built by Shashwat Ghosh, Helix GTM Consulting. It reviews the ICP you already have against today's customers, deals and figures, plans customer interviews that test your own hypotheses and synthesises many interviews, builds a lead or account fit scoring model with labelled example weights you can change, sets buying role hypotheses with validation questions, and checks product market fit metrics against your own targets. It reviews and revises an ICP you already have; it does not build account lists.
What does each skill do?
| Skill | What it does | Example prompt from the README |
|---|---|---|

Customer interviewscustomer-interviews | Interview guides that test your own hypotheses, and synthesis across many interviews with each item counted once per interview. | “Synthesise these interview notes against our hypotheses.” |
Lead scoring modellead-scoring-model | A fit scoring model with points and tiers, your weights or labelled example defaults, and lead scores where a missing value is incomplete, never 0. | “Build a fit scoring model from our ICP and score these accounts.” |
Buying role hypothesesbuying-role-hypotheses | Champion, signer and evaluator hypotheses with validation questions, by role. | “Who champions and who signs for a product like ours?” |

Anthropic's plugin documentation says a plugin added in Claude under Customize, then Plugins, is saved to your Claude account, so its skills are also available in Claude chat on the web, desktop and mobile, in Cowork and in Claude Code (Anthropic: Plugins). Plugins in Claude are available on paid plans: Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise (Anthropic Help Center).
What does it cost, where is the source, and what happens to my data?
- Source code: not public yet (version 1.0.0)
- Licence: MIT. Credit: Shashwat Ghosh, Helix GTM Consulting.
- Privacy: This plugin sends no data to Helix GTM Consulting and runs no server. It keeps no account, no log and no copy of your work; any file Claude writes for you goes only to your own working folder, and the claim ledger's working copies (your message and the draft answer) go to Claude's session scratch folder or to a folder named ledger-check in your working folder, nowhere else. A Stop hook, in Claude Code only, reads the hook input and the session transcript on your computer, writes one small counter file in a folder of your own in the system temporary folder, and sends nothing. When web tools are available, a skill may open your own company's public pages to read your product in your words, with link and date. Nothing is published, sent or written to a CRM. Interviewees and contacts are shown by role, not name, unless you ask. What you type into Claude is handled under your own Claude account terms.
